Roquefort Lovers

If you're a Roquefort cheese lover try eating it with raisins.

My friend Pierre-Yves insisted I try this "traditional" way of eating Roquefort, and I was very reluctant. But it's fantastic.

For a quick appetizer:

Mash up some Roquefort (I prefer Papillon.)
with some port wine.
Mix in a good number of raisins.

Serve in generous amounts on water crackers or thin slices of baguettes.
